Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IELTS exam, proven training experience, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their desired scores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS training sessions for students preparing for the IELTS exam.
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students.
- Provide detailed feedback and strategies to help students improve their band scores.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students through regular assessments and mock tests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IELTS exam format and any changes.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Offer guidance on exam techniques, time management, and test-taking strategies.
- Assist in the development of course materials and resources.
- Provide academic counseling to students regarding their test performance and improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IELTS training or a high band score in the IELTS test.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.
- Patience, dedication, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
