Refund Policy & Cancellation

Our course syllabus has been formulated by highly educated and skilled professionals. In any case, if our course didn’t meet your requirements we would definitely acknowledge it and your fee will be refunded within 10 working days.

Refund eligibility is subject to the candidate having attended 7 days of classes. The refund will be considered only if the candidate is not satisfied with or does not like the classes. Refund requests due to personal reasons will not be processed.

To complete the refund, you will be asked to submit the proof of purchase.

Refunds are not approved if there is any sharing of the course. Sharing with a candidate without a proper reference-id and the in-class group is not encouraged, and will result in rejection.

The company is not responsible if any payment is completed for the course with a non-employee of Langhub LLP.

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited through a credit card/debit card/any online or original payment methods within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact the respective branch of your bank or bank customer care support. It may take a while before your refund is officially posted. Often there will be some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still didn’t receive a refund yet, please contact your respective counselors for further actions

Students may request a one-time batch transfer or postponement instead of a refund, subject to availability and management approval.

If ENGLISH PARTNER is unable to commence training within the promised timeline and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the student will be eligible for a full refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.

By enrolling in any ENGLISH PARTNER program, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
