Refund Policy & Cancellation

Our course syllabus has been formulated by highly educated and skilled professionals. In any case, if our course didn’t meet your requirements we would definitely acknowledge it and your fee will be refunded within 10 working days.

A refund request is considered, and valid only if it’s made through phone call to the respective counselor within the 5 days of course enrollment.

To complete the refund, you will be asked to submit the proof of purchase.

Refunds are not approved if there is any sharing of the course. Sharing with a candidate without a proper reference-id and the in-class group is not encouraged, and will result in rejection.

The company is not responsible if any payment is completed for the course with a non-employee of Langhub LLP.

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited through a credit card/debit card/any online or original payment methods within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact the respective branch of your bank or bank customer care support. It may take a while before your refund is officially posted. Often there will be some processing time before a refund is posted.
