Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our team. As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our mission of providing effective English language training. This is an in-office position that offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for our company’s social media platforms, tailored to reach and engage the target audience. This includes writing posts, creating graphics, and generating ideas for campaigns.
- Website Content Development: Write and update content for the company’s website, ensuring it is clear, compelling, and optimized for SEO to attract and retain visitors.
- Blog Writing: Research, write, and publish informative and engaging blog posts that align with the company’s mission and resonate with the target audience.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that supports business goals, including brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Content Review and Editing: Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, and aligned with the company’s tone and style guidelines.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor audience engagement with content across platforms and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, content marketing strategies, and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Collaborative Projects: Work with designers, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive content that supports various campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Regional language.
- Experience in content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of English language and grammar.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Creativity and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month including incentives
