Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated English Language Trainer who is fluent in any regional language and English. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication and passion to teach, eager to contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online Spoken English training sessions for learners of various proficiency levels.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of the students whenever required.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their English skills.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Trainer Head and Manager to implement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in any regional language and English.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Any graduate degree.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month including incentives
