Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate who is fluent in any regional language and English. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, eager to contribute to the growth of our company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads received and deliver sales and services of the company.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients in both English and a regional language.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Handle potential leads via messages and calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Build coordination with internal teams to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in any regional language and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Any graduate degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month including incentives
